Our Returns & Cancellation Policy
We take great pride in our commitment to strict quality control in our design and merchandise. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
- Please notify us via email at orders@melspublications.com if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another item, should the product you selected be unavailable.
- Only Returns/Exchanges returned within 30 days of the original delivery date will be entertained.
- Please allow 2-6 weeks for refund.
- We will refund your money for the amount of the purchase price less actual shipping and handling charges.
- We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any returns. Items that are returned damaged such as having bent corners, smudges, scratches or tears may result in the item being pro-rated.
- Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from the MELS website – melspublications.com.
Cancelling Orders
You may cancel unshipped items by sending us your invoice number via email.
Please note that we generally ship orders within 48 hours or less so you must cancel before your order is shipped. An order cancellation that is made after the item has been shipped will be treated as a return. We will refund your money for the amount of the purchase price less actual shipping and handling charges once the item has been returned to us in original condition.
Inventory Availability Policy
We may not always have the desired item available. Should this be the case, you will be notified by email. Upon receipt of said email, please reply and indicate if you would like to select another item from our available inventory or if you would like to opt for a refund.
- Please allow 2-6 weeks for refund.
- In the event of unavailability, all charges including shipping and handling will be refunded.
How to return items
Please send the product you wish to return/exchange via a prepaid, trackable mailing system to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please include the reason for your return, your invoice number and a print-out of both the email you sent to MELS regarding the return as well as a print-out of the response you received from MELS. Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
